Hello all…its been a while since we update this party blog! But hey we have 5 new restaurants to update in this “Jalan-jalan cari party venue”. Been restaurant hopping to find the best venue to host a small mini party.
Today’s JJCPV will be on Tim’s Teapot Terrace which is located at Jalan Bandar 4, Taman Melawati. Yupe its nearby to our base. So lalala..lai lai please do hire us for your tea party. 😆
The cafe is nice small and cosy, just perfect for small mini gath. Their menu consist of light snacks such as quiche, sandwiches, pie and lagsanea and others too. Their dessert variety are all delicious! especially their chocolate cake..and for drinks their apple tea and signature hot choc.
Only one menu is missing…the traditional english scones served with strawberries and cream. Uhhhmmp..;) If not it’ll be perfect english tea place!
The interior as you can see is really really cantik. We loved it. The name is picked accordingly to the collection of teapots decorated all around the shop.

March pass by just like that!
Been planning for this theme since we watched the Movie last November 2013 and hunting for Elsa’s costume was such a hassle. It seems that everywhere is “sold out” and you cannot even find the dolls in Malaysia anymore. Should have bought it when my daughter requested it last few months back. Sigh…still got the picture taken of her holding Elsa and Anna doll at KLCC ToysRus.
Anyway, finally we decided to custom made our costume, a simple glittery dress.
Not sure either my niece has finally decided or not she will either be Anna or Elsa?! But my daughter would definitely be Queen Elsa. She has been soo excited with it. Too bad we cannot invite everyone in her school…adoii.
Well this was supposed to be published before the party…😂
Anyway the party was successfully hosted at Gamba Cafe last week on 28th April. A month after Sarah’s actual birthday 10th March.

Mama sealed and inserted string at the top of the box and let Sarah painted the boring old box into one of her creative art paintings.
First pick 2 of your favourite color of streamers. Fold it into palm size and cut along the half part. For us it will be light blue and pink.
Then paste it from bottom to up. Not up to bottom ya. The effect will be different.
This is how it’ll look like when you paste bottom to up
Wallaaa done. Now mix all sweets into a box and pour it in.
Sealed it but remember not to strong we don’t want the kids having a hard time to break the seal.

Her home made pinata! The best part is we can reuse it!!
This is very easy for a last min/no time to do the proper paper marche. We totally recommend mommies out there to try it!

This time A2PPL would like to bring our reader to a very quite serene area of Sungai Kemensah, Ulu Kelang Selangor. Yupe..it is not far from our base.. that is why A2PPL is more than happy to take this opportunity to go scouting the area and do party styling set up for our dearest client.
It is located about 2-3km in from Zoo Negara. Just go straight and you will notice the road getting narrower. It would be a good idea if you and your guests to drive a smaller car. We had a few panic moments when caught in between two cars! The narrow stretch is along the river side..steepy kay..so one car has to stop to let the other one pass by. We noticed less car in the morning and loads by the afternoon. So plan wisely.
This location is suitable ‘only’ for those who are nature lover. I do not recommend this to urban kinda host. Your guest would either complain its hot or they won’t enjoy the sticky hot weather. But if you come early in the morning the air is very refreshing and we loved it. 😍
Here are some of the picas taken during our scouting last 2 weeks. The chalets are available for rental as low as rm50 per day. You and guest can swim in the river and later on have a BBQ in the middle of the mini tropical forest.
They have a man made BBQ pit, a surau and of course toilets. So we think it is still a good place to host a picnic party with your loved ones!
