This is our first big event covered so far which was hosted at Sri Mahligai Condo Club House in Shah Alam last 18th May. The club house was huge empty plus with high ceiling. It was a big challenge for the team.
Luckily our dearest client agreed for a bouncing castle and that indirectly enhance to reduce the “emptiness” of the hall. Plus we had managed to deal with the vendor to add some sand art too! Pheww….
From our experience here we think that we need ample time to decorate such big hall and yes we shall have at least 8 staff in our team next time. Having a last-minute staffs on EL is a NO NO…. 😦

Our client this time opted for a full party package inclusive of caterer (tea menu), bouncing castle, sand art for 40, candy buffet, games coordinators , birthday poster and simple deco. This is half priced compared to normal RM6,000 package given by other party planner.
